| Richard Golany started his career
in the oilfield at the age of 17 years. Working as a roughneck for Challenger Drilling he
soon began moving up in ranks and was promoted to driller. He continued for six years with
several different drilling contractors gaining much knowledge and experience in the
ever-intriguing oil and gas industry. Continuing on his career working with completion and production facilities and operations, his experience and knowledge continued to broaden. |

In 1983 Richard began oilfield scouting after an extensive training period. While in the employ of a then prominent scouting figure, he continued to prosper and lead the industry with his inventive and creative scouting techniques.
In 1988 Kanetic Energy Inc. was born & subsequently became Kanetic Energy (1995) Inc.
